Coaching Packages
Thank you for your interest in my coaching services! I offer a few different packages to suit the various needs of all kinds of clients. Some clients feel like they have their nutrition dialed in well and just want effective personalized workouts written for them and to be coached on how to exercise with proper form. Some feel confident in their exercise skills, already have some effective workouts they enjoy and just need some nutrition & lifestyle coaching to complement these workouts. And some want a more comprehensive package that involves both. Wherever you fall along that spectrum I am happy to provide you with whatever you feel you need the most!
No matter what package you choose, I like to leverage technology to give clients a comprehensive, well-rounded experience that helps keep them accountable and steadily on track toward their goals. Depending on the package you choose, we will use an Android/Apple phone app for any of the following:

Messaging back and forth

Viewing your workout programs with exercise instructions and video demonstrations

Workout journal to keep track of progress (weights, reps, etc) as you go through each session

Food journaling (pictures and/or calorie and macro tracking)

Metric tracking (weight, circumference measurements, etc.)

Progress photos

Habit-tracking/daily tasks and reminders

Written weekly check-ins

Video check-ins
The way coaching works is simple: please pick one of the 3 packages below that best fits your needs. The price displayed is a monthly fee and includes everything listed. One-on-one in-person or virtual (Zoom) training sessions can be purchased as an add-on to packages 2 or 3 for an additional fee. Please see below for more details.
1 - Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Ongoing support and communication throughout each week via in app text

Two 15-30 min ZOOM calls held at a mutually agreed upon time to answer client questions, assess progress, and collaboratively determine next steps.

2 - Workout Programming & Exercise Coaching

Individualized weekly workout programs that are designed around the client's schedule, lifestyle, experience level, and available equipment

Access to Android/Apple phone app with your workouts, exercise instructional videos, workout journal, and reminders to keep you on track

Ongoing support & communication throughout each week via in app text

Weekly in-app written check-in for feedback, client questions, accountability, tracking metrics, and assessing progress

Execution/form critique and education through client submitted videos in-app.

Who this is best for:

​“I feel I eat generally pretty healthy and have good, consistent eating habits. I get plenty of sleep, manage stress well, etc and on the whole feel pretty good. But, I feel like the biggest limiting factor for me in getting the results I want is that I need help with my exercise form and putting together effective workout programs that I enjoy and work for me.”
3 - Nutrition & Lifestyle Habit Coaching + Workout Programming & Exercise Coaching
$200/month

Includes everything in packages 1 and 2 combined into one comprehensive experience at a 20% discount.

Who this is best for:
​
“I feel like I need support and help all around from nutrition and lifestyle habits to workout programming and exercise coaching in order to achieve the results I want.”​
Personal Training (In-person or virtual)
$70/session

Most sessions will last on average ~45 min - 1 hr, but may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the type of workout, availability of equipment, etc.

Sessions are billed in advance at the beginning of each month based on how many sessions the client chooses to schedule for that month.

An additional fee of $25 will be added to the standard in-person session fee per session for sessions that involve driving to the client’s home or other designated space to account for driving time, gas, and vehicle general wear and tear. ​

In the event that a cancellation is necessary, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. A failure to give such notice will result in the client forfeiting that session as well as the opportunity for a make-up session, except in cases of illness, emergency, or some other qualifying reason at the sole discretion of the trainer/coach.

Clients will not be issued a refund or credit for sessions they cancel or miss. If unable to attend, it is the client’s responsibility to schedule a make-up session by contacting the trainer/coach.

Make-up sessions are not guaranteed, are subject to the trainer/coach’s availability, and will be scheduled on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. ​In addition, make-up session credits expire 30 days from the date of the canceled/missed session.

In the event that the trainer/coach has to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, inclement weather, etc it will be rescheduled to another day and time as agreed upon by the trainer/coach and client or the client will be issued a credit on their next month’s invoice if a mutually agreed upon time cannot be found.
“Try Before You Buy”
​
Selecting a personal trainer and/or a nutrition coach is a big deal. This is someone you are entrusting with your health, well-being, fitness, safety, etc. and there are many out there on the market to choose from. Additionally, achieving long-term, lasting results requires a long-term commitment from both coach and client to one another and it can be quite the investment from a financial perspective. Understandably then, it’s very important that you connect with your coach, that you feel like they understand and are listening to you, that you feel completely comfortable with them and enjoy their style and method(s) of coaching. Otherwise, you won’t achieve the results you want and feel like you didn’t get your money's worth.

I never want a client to feel this way. I want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision to work with me, so with all new clients, the first week is just a trial. All of the following are included, depending on the package you choose:

When we get to the end of the first week of coaching, it is very simple. If you enjoy it, like the direction that things are headed in, and feel like I am a great fit for you as your coach, then that will count as your first week of your first month of coaching. Payment for any prior sessions from the past week, monthly fees, and any future mutually agreed upon upcoming services will be due at this time. On the other hand, if you hate it, and think “This guy is terrible. I just wasted a week of my time!”, you do not owe me anything!
Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each month upon receipt of invoice and reserves all applicable scheduled sessions, check-ins, or other appointments for the client for that month. Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, check or online payments (Stripe).

A $15 late fee will be added to the next month's invoice if payment is not received in full by the 15th of the month.
​
Thank you for taking the time to read and understand the terms of my coaching policy. I think you will find its format to be comparable to the policies provided by other activities. Most of all, please understand that training and coaching clients about nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits is a job for me, not just a hobby I do on the side. My time is just as valuable as yours. I ask you to please respect this fact.
